Peptide Business
Our peptide business covers research-peptide synthesis, complex sequences, incorporation of noncanonical amino acids, multisite modification, and the construction of different cyclic architectures. Based on sequence characteristics and research objectives, we support the complete delivery process from feasibility assessment and process design to purification and analytical confirmation.
Beyond synthesis and custom services, we use the MOSAIC™ Platform to discover and optimize peptide candidates. MOSAIC™ brings together noncanonical cyclic-peptide libraries, mRNA display selection, NGS sequence analysis, structural modeling, and AI-assisted design, with peptide synthesis and experimental validation used to test each design cycle.
Data from selection and validation feed into the next round of candidate ranking and molecular optimization, helping programs progressively focus on peptide molecules with stronger target engagement, potency, selectivity, stability, and developability profiles.
Stable-Isotope Business
Our stable-isotope business focuses on labeled reference standards, mass-spectrometry internal standards, and custom-labeled compounds. We provide 13C-, 15N-, and deuterium-labeled products for LC-MS/MS quantitation, drug and metabolite analysis, therapeutic drug monitoring, metabolism research, and other bioanalytical applications.
For requirements beyond our catalog, we evaluate synthetic routes based on molecular structure, labeling position, mass shift, isotopic enrichment, and analytical-method needs. The objective is straightforward: to provide well-characterized, dependable standards and internal standards that perform in the customer’s actual analytical workflow.
